Bill is an established and much appreciated pastel artist who has received awards and prizes for his paintings and has been on the cover of the Australian Artist Magazine.
He was the Founder and President of the Pastel Artists of South Australia Inc. His works are included in three teaching DVD's. His pastels hang in collections around the world.
Bill has joined Arts North following his relocation from Victor Harbour - his Studio/Gallery is now in Craigmore.
