Glynis Caruso

Glynis just revels in being experimental.
A ?sometime student at Para West?, a perennial student of Julia Mannix,
an engaging and enthusiastic personality, Glynis is the member that every organisation would like to have another dozen of .... !! (ed.)
With just a little gentle prod, Glynis provided us with a tiny personal background as an artist:
In recent times I have been enjoying the drawing of faces - portraits. It has 'topped-off' my life drawing, which I have done for a number of years.
My approach to art is mostly instinctive; certainly I've had fears over the years, but I am happy and comfortable with paper and grabbing any medium at hand ... often at my happiest just making things up.
Artists are lucky people ,a brush or pencils are ones friends!
